My name is Amna Al Abdulmalik, certified fitness coach, yoga instructor, and sports nutrition advisor.

I practice my passion by raising awareness about the importance of movement and helping others discover the beauty of balance between body and mind.

I believe that fitness is not just a physical activity — it's a way of life that refreshes the body, clears the mind, and nourishes the soul.

My Goal - 

My goal is to help as many people as possible build a healthy relationship with their bodies and take realistic steps toward an active life — one that is free from restriction and extremism, and closer to balance, strength, and fulfilment.
