Subscription Content:
• Level: Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, The program also accommodates individuals experiencing knee, back, or shoulder pain, diastasis due to muscle weakness, previous injuries, or post-pregnancy recovery.
• Duration: 2 months.
• Workout Plan: Fully customized for either gym-based or home training, including warm-up, stretching, resistance training, and cardio with instructional videos to guide you through proper form and optimal performance.
• Nutrition Plan: Includes daily calorie intake and macronutrients calculated in grams for all main meals and snacks.
• Supplements: Recommended only when needed, based on individual requirements.
• Personal Follow-Up: Ongoing support via WhatsApp to ensure consistency and progress.
• Inquiry Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Flexibility: The plan can be adjusted when necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Payment Policy: The fee is non-refundable. Subscription may be postponed for up to two months from the payment date.
• Initial Assessment Form: After completing the purchase, you will receive a form to fill out, allowing me to design a personalized program tailored to your goals and needs. All information provided in the questionnaire is confidential and will be reviewed exclusively by the coach.
