Payment & Refund Policy

Training & Nutrition Programs

• All payments are non-refundable. An exception applies only if the coach is unable to deliver the program due to an unforeseen circumstance beyond her control.
• If the client experiences an unforeseen circumstance beyond her control, the program start date may be rescheduled once only, provided that the new date is set within a maximum of two months from the original start date. Rescheduling is subject to prior coordination to ensure the new date aligns with both the coach’s and the client’s availability.

Yoga Classes

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• If a class is cancelled by either the coach or the client, the amount will be converted into a credit that can be used to book another class at a later time that suits the client.

Sports Products

• All purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• An exception applies only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
• Returns will not be accepted due to a change of mind or decision after purchase.
